Chris Young, VP of Development. Founding member of EquipRent.com. Designed and built scalable web platform using agile project management.  Chris is a certified scrum master & Ruby on Rails software architect.  Previously, Chris worked as a consultant for companies to develop platforms including situational awareness prototypes for the Army’s Object Forces Warrior platform.

Jim Armstrong is managing partner of Canal Partners LLC, a private equity firm located in Scottsdale, AZ. Mr. Armstrong also serves as chairman of the board of JDA Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS), which he founded in Calgary, Alberta, in 1978. Mr. Armstrong served as chief executive officer of JDA Software from 1987 to 1997 and again from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Armstrong also is on the board of JDA Investments, Omnilink Systems, Inc., and NETtime Solutions, LLC.

Todd Belfer is a managing partner of Canal Partners LLC. He has a long history of entrepreneurship and has been involved with a wide range of businesses throughout his career. In 1990 he co-founded Employee Solutions, Inc., a professional employer organization ($1+ billion market cap) that he helped take public in 1993. He then founded NETtime Solutions, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) organization dedicated to delivering on-demand time and attendance service, where he remains as chairman. Todd is former Chairman of Limos.com, top lead generation company in its market.
